Brew This: Ginger Orange and Ginseng Oolong Tea from Village Tea Co.

I've been drinking hot tea for as long as I can remember. Believe it or not, there was once a time when I preferred it to coffee.  (No, that's not a lie!)  Nowadays, I usually have a cup when I get home after a hard day or before I'm settling in for bed.  My usual cup is a calming green or jasmine but I'm pleased to share a new found favorite.
I'm a firm believer in the 'simple things' and that means being able to create my own little tea bag makes me happy.  Village Tea Co. houses their tea in 100% cotton muslin bags, encased in fun cylindrical containers. With each package of tea comes refillable cotton tea bags that you can wash and reuse.  You can put as much or as little tea or even mix the different flavors!  And since having tea can be as social as you'd like it to be, they include an extra muslin bag so you can share your tea.  
My favorite is the Ginger Orange & Ginseng Oolong tea. Don't worry - the two flavors come separately in one container so if you feel like just Ginger Orange or just Ginger, you can have exactly that.  When brewed, it's quite dark (like others of it's kind) and I love how it goes down smooth with a hint of fruit flavors.  Oolong is known for it's digestion support benefits so a cup a day definitely keeps the tummy aches away!

Candid Recommendations: Foundation Fix with Erno Laszlo Absolute Finish SPF 15

For a girl who loves to experiment with makeup, I'm notorious for sticking to what I know works.  It's not a crime but it does limit me - which I don't like.  It's 2010 and I've made a resolution to go outside my usual makeup box and not only try but stick to using new products.  Since foundation seems to be the one product I'm the least consistent with, I decided that's where I'd start.

And since it's so light, you'll feel like you're wearing nothing - except that 'nothing' makes your skin even, toned, and flawless.

Do you consider yourself pretty or powerful?  How about both? Pretty powerful - it has a nice ring to it doesn't it?
